By downloading, installing, or using the BIRLN mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BIRLN is a social networking and nightlife discovery platform that enables users to:

• Discover and review nightlife venues
• Connect with other users through social features
• Check into venues and earn rewards (BIRLN BUX)
• Share experiences and photos
• Give and receive "Chili Peppers" as social recognition
• Message other users within the platform

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BIRLN. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that could harm, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIRLN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
