Child Safety Standards

Our Commitment to Child Safety

Phlout LLC (“Birln,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users. BIRLN is designed exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

Age Requirement

BIRLN is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

Users are required to confirm their age during account registration, and we may take additional steps to verify age where appropriate. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be terminated.

Zero Tolerance for CSAE

We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that involves, promotes, or facilitates:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Sexual exploitation of minors
  • Grooming or solicitation of minors
  • Any content that sexualizes children
  • Trafficking or endangerment of minors

Any violation will result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement and relevant organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Detection and Prevention

We use a combination of automated systems and manual review processes to detect and prevent prohibited content and behavior. We continuously improve our safety systems to respond to emerging risks.

Reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve the exploitation or endangerment of a minor, report it immediately:

  • In-App: Use the report feature on any user profile or content
  • Email: safety@birln.com
  • For emergencies: Contact your local law enforcement agency immediately

All reports are reviewed promptly and prioritized based on severity.

User Controls

Users can block and report other users at any time. Blocked users are prevented from interacting with or viewing the reporting user's content.

Enforcement

When we identify or receive reports of potential violations, we may:

  • Immediately suspend accounts pending investigation
  • Remove violating content
  • Permanently ban confirmed offenders
  • Preserve and report relevant information to law enforcement and NCMEC as required

We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

Compliance

BIRLN complies with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations, including U.S. federal requirements and other relevant regulations.
